As President of Sequoia, Annie’s foremost responsibility is ensuring that the firm’s mission of planning that endures and its culture of teamwork, integrity, and passion remain at the center of everything Sequoia does. She leads firm operations, oversees the national advisory team, and guides the organization’s organic growth, all with a singular focus on resourcing the firm’s advisors to deliver a highly personalized client experience.

Annie holds a deep belief that there is no option other than putting the client first. She is passionate about serving clients, and she views trust as something that must be earned repeatedly through every decision, every day. For Annie, integrity means doing right by clients and by each other.

Throughout her career, Annie has combined technical excellence with a lifelong commitment to learning. During her tenure leading Sequoia’s Sentinel Family Office, she enjoyed the opportunity to advise accomplished business owner clients, gaining valuable insight into leadership, governance, culture, and strategy across a wide range of industries. She later served as Sequoia’s Chief Client Experience Officer, leading the advisory team and serving as a consistent voice for how firm-wide decisions ultimately impact the client experience.

Annie, whose glass is perpetually more than half full, finds great joy in her work. She recognizes the impact of the work Sequoia does—helping clients to make informed decisions about how to invest and deploy their resources with purpose to support the lives they want to live.

Annie joined Sequoia in 2002. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and accounting from the University of Michigan and is a graduate of the G2 Leadership Institute. Outside of work, Annie enjoys spending time outdoors year-round with friends and family. She lives in Uniontown, Ohio, with her husband and two sons.
