Crissy Antal, VP of Client Service, plays a vital role in M&A integrations by ensuring a smooth transition for client service associates and their clients. She is passionate about welcoming new teams, making them feel part of Sequoia, and providing the tools they need to succeed. Crissy and her team focus on equipping client service associates with the knowledge and resources to maintain a seamless client experience, reinforcing continuity and trust.
With a deep understanding of Sequoia’s internal structure, Crissy helps new team members navigate the firm efficiently, connecting them to the right people and solutions. Her approach prioritizes communication, from structured training to ongoing check-ins, ensuring that teams feel supported beyond the initial integration.
During the pre-integration phase, Crissy takes the time to learn how each new team operates, what excites them about their work, and where they see their careers evolving. She understands that change can be daunting and focuses on building trust to create a positive and empowering transition. She makes her home in Lake Milton, OH with her husband, their son, and a rescue dog named Roscoe. Her family enjoys spending time in the outdoors.
