With prior experience managing integrations in a large banking environment, Tom brings a process improvement mindset to every acquisition, identifying opportunities to optimize financial operations post-acquisition. He collaborates closely with internal teams across all departments, as well as finance and operations staff from acquired entities, to facilitate smooth financial reporting and transparency. His belief in structured operating procedures and checklists helps mitigate risks and keep integrations on track.
