Mohit serves as Regional Group Lead for the Midwest/Northeast regions, where he oversees a large team of advisors and leaders. In this role, he drives the regional strategy, coordinates advisor activity across multiple channels, and supports the firm’s continued growth. He also plays a central role in integrating new advisors who join through mergers and acquisitions, ensuring they are set up for success while maintaining the firm’s standards and culture.

In addition to his regional role, Mohit leads the firm’s participation in Fidelity’s Wealth Advisor Solutions (WAS) program, a national referral program that connects independent advisory firms with prospective clients. He oversees the firm’s expanding network of participating advisors, manages coverage strategy across multiple states, and focuses on delivering consistent messaging and operational excellence as the platform expands.

Mohit brings extensive leadership experience with a strong track record of driving growth, leading high-performing teams, upholding the highest standards of client service, and executing complex strategic initiatives. Clients and colleagues alike value his thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and steady leadership.

Mohit and his wife live outside of Chicago, Illinois, and have two children. Outside of work, he devotes much of his time to his family, encouraging his children’s personal interests and cheering them on from the sidelines at their sports events. He also enjoys traveling the world to explore different cultures and is actively involved in his local Indian temple.
