In her role as an HR Generalist, Megan Foltz ensures that new team members feel welcomed and well-supported throughout the M&A integration process. With three years of experience in M&A onboarding and benefits, Megan guides new hires through their transition, ensuring they understand Sequoia’s benefit programs and offerings.

Her experience in organization and communication allows her to coordinate effectively with Sequoia’s M&A, Organizational Development, and Benefits teams to provide a seamless experience for new employees. By managing the details of new hire benefits enrollment and payroll transitions, she alleviates the stress of navigating these changes, allowing new team members to focus on their core responsibilities—serving clients.

What drives Megan is the opportunity to meet new team members and witness the value they bring to Sequoia. Her approach is centered on clear communication and thoughtful support, ensuring that no one has to worry about the details of benefits transitions.
