About Lori

Lori Orr plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth transition for both clients and internal teams during mergers and acquisitions. With experience on both sides of a merger, she understands the complexities and emotions involved, helping new team members navigate the process with confidence.

Lori focuses on training Client Service Associates (CSAs) in key operational processes, ensuring they understand how to manage client cases effectively and communicate seamlessly with advisors. By acting as a reliable resource for troubleshooting and support, she alleviates stress and fosters a sense of stability during the transition.

Collaboration is central to Lori’s approach. She works closely with M&A Managers, Operations, and Technology teams to bridge information gaps and maintain operational continuity. Her ability to listen, communicate, and provide clear guidance helps mitigate uncertainty and streamline integration efforts.

Above all, Lori is passionate about helping others succeed. Whether it’s explaining a process multiple times or offering a listening ear, she is committed to making mergers as seamless as possible.
