Kristen leads the full lifecycle of talent strategy at Sequoia, partnering with leaders to understand evolving business needs, attracting exceptional professionals, and guiding candidates through a thoughtful, high-touch hiring experience. She focuses on building strong, values-aligned teams that support the firm’s growth and commitment to exceptional client service, while ensuring candidates find opportunities where they can thrive.

With an extensive background in executive search and recruiting leadership, Kristen brings deep experience in talent assessment, workforce planning, team development, and aligning hiring strategy with business objectives. She is passionate about the role great talent plays in an organization’s success and is especially energized by connecting high-caliber professionals with a collaborative, relationship-focused organization.

Outside of work, Kristen enjoys caring for her horse and volunteering in her children’s sports activities. She is an avid reader known for finishing books in a day and lives in Medina with her family.
