As Chief Acquisitions Officer, Kevin Tichnell leads Sequoia’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A) strategy, overseeing deal structuring, negotiations, and the full integration process. He is deeply focused on ensuring a positive transition experience for the principals and founders of integrating firms, recognizing the significance of this change for their teams and clients. Kevin works to align interests, address concerns, and create a path forward that honors the legacy and vision of each firm joining Sequoia.
