As Senior Vice President of Organizational Development at Sequoia, I am primarily focused on the development, engagement and productivity of our employees, which in turn creates value for our clients and shareholders. The firm has a strong foundation of core HR processes and capabilities in place and my role is to build on this success and create sustainable programs to support future growth of the organization and our employees. My approach is to seek broad based input on what areas need focus and how I can best achieve our firm goals related to HR programs.
I enjoy providing and enhancing HR programs and capabilities that help drive business value for the firm. This requires me to listen and understand the needs of our employees, clients and business partners. I have long term goals to develop and manage enhanced programs related to recruiting, onboarding, training, career development, compensation and succession planning for Sequoia.
