As Advisor Group Lead for the Southeast Region, Brittany provides day-to-day leadership, coaching, and strategic guidance to the advisors she supports, ensuring they have the tools and clarity they need to excel. She partners closely with the Sequoia team to strengthen client service, elevate professional development, and help deliver an exceptional client experience.

Prior to joining the firm, Brittany was part of Charles Schwab’s leadership team supporting the Financial Consultant Academy and broader advisor development programs. She led advisor onboarding, coaching, and skill-building initiatives and partnered across the business to drive accountability, strengthen advisor readiness, and support growth.

What motivates Brittany each day is creating meaningful, positive impact for the colleagues she leads and the clients they serve. She was inspired to enter financial services by her grandmother, who built financial security on a modest tailor’s income through discipline, transparency, and weekly hand-balanced ledgers. That example shaped Brittany’s belief in the power of guidance and long-term planning and continues to fuel her commitment to supporting others with care and intention.

Originally from Indianapolis, Brittany now lives in Tampa with her husband and their cockapoo, Coco, who happily runs the household. They spend as much time as possible at the beach, and when she’s not by the water, Brittany enjoys working out and spending time with family and friends.
