About Amber
Amber Coletta serves as an Associate Director, Business Intelligence Analyst, leading the Salesforce integration during M&A transitions. She ensures that client data, workflows, and integrations (like Tamarac and Box) are correctly migrated and functioning within Sequoia’s Salesforce platform.
Her favorite part of M&A is meeting new people and traveling to different locations. She also enjoys the fact that every integration is unique, offering fresh challenges and experiences.
Amber’s primary focus during an integration is ensuring that data migration to Salesforce is accurate and that all integrations work seamlessly. Her unique skillfulness includes being detail-oriented, logic-driven, and experienced in handling similar M&A and Salesforce tasks from her time working with another RIA. She also brings patience and empathy, recognizing the complexities of such a big transition for new team members.
What motivates Amber the most is the challenge of figuring out how all the “data puzzle” pieces come together to create a smooth transition.
Her advice for someone new to M&A integration: Embrace the opportunity to learn and grow. Each integration is a chance to develop professionally and contribute to the success of Sequoia.
