About Alexandria

Alexandria Nadworny specializes in creating personalized, comprehensive financial plans that support families who have loved ones with special needs in pursuing their goals. For her, making the world a better place for people with special needs is deeply personal and has been a continuous thread in her life as she and her family have navigated this work on behalf of her brother, James, who has Down syndrome.

At Sequoia, Alexandria helps families think beyond the numbers to define what a full, meaningful life looks like for their loved one and identify the people who will be part of that journey. Together, they explore not only financial strategies, but also the roles, relationships, and resources needed to ensure continuity of care, advocacy, and emotional support well into the future. Through careful listening and candid conversations about her own experiences, Alexandria enjoys long-standing client partnerships and works closely with families to ensure their values are aligned with their financial goals.

In addition to her work with clients, Alexandria helps to lead Sequoia’s special needs planning resource group, which provides the financial planning team with professional development and training on new legislation that impacts families with loved ones who have special needs, the tax implications of various financial planning strategies, and the intense emotional demands caregivers face.

Alexandria’s passionate advocacy for people with special needs makes her a frequent speaker on the topic of legacy and building a support team to carry forward primary caregivers’ wishes and a valued contributor to the Boston Estate Planning Council.
