Parking

Valet and self-parking are both offered by Hilton Downtown Cleveland in the Huntington Park Garage however, self-parking is strongly recommended.

Self-parking: The Huntington Park Garage is underground, and the entry is located directly across Lakeside Avenue from the hotel. There should be ample self-parking and signage to help you navigate to the hotel.

Valet parking: If you choose to valet park, simply pull up to the front of the hotel on Lakeside Avenue.

Payment: Sequoia will be paying all parking fees. Please review the Parking Information – Hilton document for important details.

Check-in

Upon arrival, please proceed to Hilton’s Registration Desk prominently located in the lobby. If your room is ready, you will complete check-in and can proceed to your room to get settled. If your room is not quite ready, you will pre-check-in and will be directed to proceed by escalator or elevator to the 3rd floor. There you will find our Synergy Registration table and can securely store your luggage until you can access your guest room during the 5pm pre-dinner break. Please note: Hilton will ask for a credit card in the event you purchase incidentals. You will be responsible for payment of those charges.

REMINDERS: Synergy Registration is scheduled for 12:30 – 1:30PM on Tuesday, October 15th. Programming officially “kicks off” at 1:30pm with Tom Haught’s Welcome and Opening Remarks.

Please give yourself plenty of time to park, check-in and make your way to the 3rd floor between 12:30and 1:30pm.
Lunch will not be served on Tuesday, October 15th. Please plan your arrival accordingly.

Check-out

Standard hotel checkout procedure applies. Receipts will be provided via email.  If you want a hard copy of your receipt, please stop at Hilton’s Registration Desk.  Keep in mind, Sequoia is covering the cost of your guest room and parking but if you have purchased incidentals, you will be responsible for payment.

Luggage storage

As mentioned above, secure luggage storage will be available on Tuesday upon arrival, if needed.

On Wednesday, you are certainly welcome to take your luggage to your car before breakfast.

Alternatively, secure luggage storage will again be available on the 3rd floor adjacent to our meeting spaces. Upon arriving on the 3rd floor for breakfast, you can drop off your luggage and will provide the attendants your departure information. Luggage will be organized by departure flight time or driving destination (Columbus, Troy or local). We ask that drivers be patient for those heading to the airport and, drivers living locally, defer to those travelling to Columbus and Troy at time of departure. We are hopeful the process we have in place will allow all to head home in the most efficient way possible.

Should you have any questions regarding travel or hotel logistics, please reach out to Meg Murphy.

Safe travels and we will see you in Cleveland soon!

Tuesday, October 15, 2024 - Synergy officially begins at 1:30pm

We’ll hear from our President & CEO, Tom Haught, engage across teams in our breakout session, and celebrate the winner of the 2024 Hyperion Award. We have something quite special planned for entertainment this year, so we’ve allotted extra time for team recreation; we’ll gather for a strolling dinner and entertainment from 6:00-10:00pm.

Wednesday, October 16, 2024

We’ll kick off with an early breakfast at 7:00am. Wednesday’s agenda is focused on Sequoia’s positioning within the industry and trends that are impacting the RIA landscape. We’ll hear from guest speakers, Brad Losson of Schwab, and Rohit Mahna of Fidelity and tackle some group work during our breakout session and working lunch. We’ll end our time together with closing remarks from 2:00-2:30pm.
