Sequoia has discovered a recent WhatsAppTM investment forum ruse involving fraudulent impersonation of Sequoia (and acquired firm Zeke Capital) team members in an attempt to lure prospects into a fraudulent crypto investment. Current and prospective investors should be vigilant of WhatsAppTM communications soliciting or promoting investments.
