In response to the Federal Transparency in Coverage Rule, Cigna has made available machine‑readable files that include negotiated service rates and out‑of‑network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers.

The machine‑readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze pricing data.

These files are presented in JSON format and may be very large in size, potentially requiring specialized software, hardware capacity, and technical expertise to access and use.

The machine‑readable files are not intended for member use. Customers seeking cost information for healthcare services should use the myCigna® cost‑estimator tools or contact Cigna Customer Service using the phone number on their ID card.

The files are updated monthly, and the link below will always provide access to the most current versions.
