Tom Farrell

Tom’s entry into the world of real estate investments began when he was an MBA student. Since then, he’s built 15 years of specialized experience managing the performance and operations of a diverse real estate portfolio and completing due diligence.

As part of the Sequoia Investment Research team, Tom provides critical investment guidance to multi-generational families to help them preserve and grow their wealth. He is responsible for overseeing the research, selection, and management of real estate investment strategies within client portfolios and serves as Chair of Sequoia’s Real Estate Investment Committee. Tom earned his MBA in finance and real estate from the University of Connecticut and his Bachelor of Arts in political science and government from Boston College.

Tom lives in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, with his wife and daughter. Outside of the office, he enjoys golfing and traveling.
