About Steven
Steven serves as Regional Group Lead for the Southeast region, overseeing a team of advisors and leaders. He drives the regional strategy, coordinates advisor activity across multiple channels, and supports the firm’s continued growth through business development. He also plays a central role in integrating new advisors who join through mergers and acquisitions, ensuring they are set up for success while maintaining the firm’s standards and culture.
In addition to his regional role, Steven leads the firm’s participation in the Schwab Advisor Network (SAN), a national referral program that connects prospective clients with independent advisory firms.
