As Learning & Development Department Leader, Regina guides how the organization’s people grow, supporting the firm’s continued delivery of an exceptional client experience. In her role, she drives firm-wide L&D framework, skills development, career progression, and leadership readiness programs. Regina’s background spans talent development, organizational design, and human resources, including leadership roles in both corporate and consulting environments.

Regina believes that nearly every situation offers an opportunity to both teach and learn. As a coach and guide, she is continually inspired by the human capacity to discover new solutions and possibilities. She approaches her work with a focus on fostering reflection in herself and others, viewing it as an important step in deepening learning and supporting growth. She defines success as helping people feel equipped and empowered to pursue what matters most to them and to how they contribute to the success of the firm.

Regina lives in Brecksville, Ohio, with her husband. Outside work, she volunteers with Drop in the Bucket and is working toward publishing a children’s book. She can often be found on the trails of the Metroparks or Cuyahoga Valley National Park, and has her sights set on cycling the full perimeter of the Great Lakes.
