With more than a decade of experience in financial services, Nicholas works closely with the team to design and deliver training and development programs that help advisors grow and succeed. Drawing on a career that began in financial advising, he brings a grounded understanding of what it takes to serve clients well and applies that perspective to every aspect of the support and mentorship he provides. 

Nicholas believes that great advising starts with listening, clear communication, and solutions built with the end user in mind. That conviction, shaped by his own time on the advisor side, drives his commitment to raising the quality of the client experience across the firm. He works with advisors at every level, from new hires building confidence to seasoned professionals refining their approach, and tailors his support to fit wherever they are in their journey.

Nicholas lives in Phoenix, Arizona. Outside of work, he’s an avid golfer and makes a point of taking his dog, Betty, to the dog park every day. He also enjoys traveling, cooking, and discovering new restaurants.
