As General Counsel for Sequoia’s strategic growth team, Mike leverages his three decades of experience as an M&A attorney to further the firm’s vision to enrich more lives through integration. Responsible for guiding every legal element of Sequoia’s transactions, Mike collaborates across teams to provide a high-quality, mutually beneficial experience for everyone involved.

Critical to upholding Sequoia’s promise to truly collaborate and bring the best ideas of acquired firms into the culture and business practices at Sequoia, Mike works to build trust through prompt, thorough communication and a commitment to attending to every detail of a transaction.

Outside of his work at Sequoia, Mike is a prolific volunteer, serving on development committees for his alma maters and engaging regularly with Make a Wish, Harvest for Hunger, Tunnels to Towers, and his local food bank.
