About Loren

As Sequoia’s Leadership & Talent Development Lead, Loren designs the programs, frameworks, and planning processes that help people grow into, and beyond, the roles ahead of them. Her work spans leadership program design, succession planning, and workforce capacity planning, with a consistent focus on building capability that compounds over time. 

Loren approaches her work from a belief that careers, like financial plans, deserve to be built with intention. She has spent her career at the intersection of people strategy and organizational design, drawn by a conviction that the right development can define someone’s professional trajectory. She partners closely with managers and senior leaders across the firm, serving as a thought partner on team structure, talent readiness, and long-term capability building.  

Loren lives in Columbus, Ohio, with her husband and their two children. Outside of work, she enjoys cycling, yoga, and exploring parks with her family. She is also an avid reader.
