As an M&A Integration Project Manager, Kristy focuses on fostering successful integrations by building trust and creating plans that align a firm’s operating model with the opportunities available at Sequoia. She is energized by the founder stories behind each integration—the shared values, history, and hard work that shape every firm—and by the challenge of designing an integration path that honors each legacy while supporting future growth. 

Kristy approaches every integration through the lens of the people most affected. She believes that when culture and human experience are prioritized, operational excellence is far more likely to follow. As a former entrepreneur at a high-growth startup, she brings firsthand understanding of the sacrifice, persistence, and dedication required to reach succession planning. That experience creates an immediate common ground with the principals she helps onboard and fuels her commitment to ensuring their legacy is not only preserved, but also strengthened, at Sequoia. 

Kristy lives in Clarendon Hills, Illinois, and has three adult sons who also live in the Chicagoland area. Outside of the office, she enjoys volunteering, playing racket sports, golfing, and relaxing in the sunshine with a good book in hand. She is an active member of Women Investment Professionals, Chicago, and volunteers with Bridge Communities Transitional Housing Program and DuPage PADS.
