Kevin serves as a Principal and Senior Strategic Advisor at Sequoia Financial Group, where he partners with firm leadership on long-term strategic initiatives and advisor development. He chairs the firm’s Founders Council, mentors senior advisors and members of the leadership team, and helps lead the firm’s relationship with Barron’s as part of Sequoia’s broader industry engagement. With more than 40 years of experience in the wealth management industry, Kevin brings perspective shaped by decades of advising clients and building successful advisory businesses. 

Before joining Sequoia, Kevin founded NCA Financial Advisors and served as its CEO for more than three decades. He earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance from Ithaca College and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®).  

Kevin resides in Chardon, Ohio, with his wife, and they have three grown children. He is a loyal Cleveland sports fan and serves on the board of Holden Forests & Gardens.
