He provides day-to-day support, performance guidance, and professional development, helping his team grow professionally as they work together to deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences. 

Known for his positive outlook and empathetic approach, Dave began his career in engineering before making a purpose-driven transition to financial planning. He brings analytical rigor together with a genuine passion for helping people navigate important decisions. With nearly two decades of experience serving clients in the Twin Cities, he emphasizes the human element in every plan, prioritizing meaningful outcomes over complexity. His professional designations reflect his commitment to delivering comprehensive, well-rounded advice.  

Dave and his wife reside in Woodbury, Minnesota, and have three sons. He enjoys theater, live music, sports, the outdoors, and all things Disney. As an active volunteer and arts advocate, he serves as a governing member of the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra.
