With nearly 20 years at Sequoia, Crissy brings a deep familiarity of the firm’s culture, values, and the relationships at the center of it. As Workplace & Administrative Operations Lead, she oversees the firm’s physical footprint across its growing number of locations, managing office operations, leading a team of Administrative Assistants, and ensuring that facilities, shared spaces, and day-to-day operations reflect the experience Sequoia aims to deliver to colleagues and clients alike. 

Crissy approaches her work with genuine curiosity about people and processes. She views every challenge as an opportunity to learn and keeps consistency and connection at the center of every decision. She is motived by the collaborative culture she has helped build over the years and takes pride in supporting a team oriented around shared goals. 

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in management from Hiram College and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation. 

Crissy lives in Lake Milton, Ohio, with her husband, son, and rescue dog, Roscoe. She loves the outdoors and enjoys spending time boating, skiing, snowmobiling, fishing, and camping with her family. She is also an avid audiobook listener with an appreciation for nearly every genre.
