Betsy serves as both a trusted advisor to clients and families and as an Associate Advisor Group Lead within the firm. She works closely with clients to understand their goals and values, delivering a personalized wealth management experience that includes investment management, retirement modeling, estate and education planning, and comprehensive financial strategy. In her leadership role, she mentors advisors, providing daily guidance, performance coaching, and professional development. 

In her work with clients, Betsy coordinates with the firm’s specialists to provide a coordinated approach to portfolio management, tax planning, and insurance analysis. Drawing on over a decade of financial experience and a lifelong love of the humanities, she combines analytical thinking with a thoughtful, philosophical perspective. She views financial planning as a way to help clients realize their personal vision of a meaningful life, organizing, managing, and deploying resources in service of what matters most. Betsy considers it a privilege to know clients deeply and an honor to guide them along their journeys. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) and earned her Master of Business Administration in accounting and finance from the University of Chicago. 

Betsy lives in Minneapolis with her husband and their three children. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, weightlifting, and attending dance performances.
