As Sentinel Channel Lead, Al leads with a focus on delivering on Sequoia’s BUILT FOR YOU promise by providing personalized, customized, and coordinated guidance for high-net-worth individuals, families, and multi-generational family businesses. He leverages more than 15 years of industry experience to assist families in defining themselves beyond their finances, while also making it easier for them to navigate the complexities of their financial success and align their priorities and values to achieve their goals. 

Al’s goal is to always prioritize what matters most to his clients and to earn their trust as an advisor. He is passionate about building deep, personal, enduring relationships with clients, learning and focusing on their unique aspirations and guiding them through challenges along their journey. 

In addition to holding the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) designation, Al is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) and a graduate of the G2 Leadership Institute, a two-year leadership development program tailored to rising leaders in the wealth management industry. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in finance and marketing from Ashland University.   

Outside of the office, Al enjoys spending time with his family and staying active—usually by trying to keep up with his two young sons.
