Partner Resource Hub
Sequoia Financial Group offers complimentary, integrated wealth planning designed specifically for Eide Bailly partners.
You have built something extraordinary at Eide Bailly and we’re here to support you as you look to the future.
As Eide Bailly moves through a liquidity event, Sequoia is prepared to meet you at this moment—with answers to the questions you are asking right now, and a team ready to help you make the most of what comes next. Our team’s experience working with Eide Bailly partners and understanding of your compensation structures provides us with key insights to help navigate your next chapter.
Whether you are retiring, transitioning, or continuing to grow your career, this Partner Resource Hub exists to walk you through every step of the process.
Open. Fund. Plan.
Open Your Account
When you are ready to get started, the first step is establishing an initial Sequoia account.
An advisor will walk you through a brief conversation to understand your situation and confirm the right account structure for you.
Once that conversation takes place, your Client Service Associate (CSA) will generate your Sequoia Client Agreement digitally.
From there, account opening takes less than 10 minutes.
Ready to get started?
Fund Your Account
Once your account is open, there are three ways to fund it—whichever works best for your timing and situation.
Keep in mind that this is an initial “holding” account until you step through the planning process.
Not sure which option fits your situation? Your advisor will walk through all of this with you during your planning meeting.
Build Your
Plan
Your Sequoia advisor will reach out to schedule your planning meeting. This is where we get into the specifics: what your total picture looks like after the transaction, how to approach taxes, how to think about investing your proceeds, and what this means for your long-term wealth plan.
We put together a resource titled High-Income Planning Considerations, a guide covering what every Eide Bailly partner should have on their radar right now.
Key Questions
Key Questions to Ask Before, During, and After Transaction Day
Sequoia has worked with clients through significant liquidity events for decades. In our experience, the partners who navigate this type of event with the most confidence along the way are the ones who come in with the key questions—and connect with experienced advisors.
The following are questions every Eide Bailly partner should be able to get clear answers to this year. If you're already working with Sequoia, many of these are conversations we've already started. If you haven't engaged with us yet, consider this your starting point.
Partner Planning Benefits
1. Designed for Your Partnership Structure
We understand AAV arrangements, equity allocations, and deferred compensation. We're not learning about the Eide Bailly model on the fly; we already know how it works.
