About Kevin

As Executive Vice President, Chief Acquisitions Officer, Kevin leads Sequoia’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A) strategy, including deal structuring, negotiations, and the full integration process. He is deeply focused on creating a positive, thoughtful transition experience for the principals and founders of integrating firms, recognizing the significance of this change for their teams and clients. Kevin works to align interests, address concerns, and create a path forward that honors the legacy and vision of each firm joining Sequoia.

Kevin’s strength lies in his ability to listen and identify key objectives to drive mutually beneficial outcomes. His collaborative approach brings together teams across Sequoia to ensure a smooth, well-coordinated transition for incoming firms. By partnering closely with stakeholders at every stage of the process, Kevin helps deliver an integration experience that balances operational efficiency with long-term growth. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in business marketing and economics from West Virginia Wesleyan College.

For Kevin, M&A is ultimately about building lasting partnerships that enhance the client experience and strengthen the firm as a whole. This philosophy guides his work and reinforces Sequoia’s commitment to thoughtful, values-driven growth.

Kevin joined Sequoia in 2003 and resides in Stow, Ohio. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family at their cabin and is actively involved in his children’s athletic pursuits, both as a coach and an enthusiastic supporter.
