As Director of Client Service I am committed to providing services that exceed client expectations by tapping into my vast knowledge of database technology used in our internal Salesforce and Tamarac platforms, client portal technology and training, billing processes and custodial web site technology. My clients and co-workers will tell you that I can make things happen and get things done. My goal is to make sure our advisors and client service associates have what they need to succeed when it comes to technology and other resources, and to ensure they have a clean, safe and secure workplace environment.
