At Sequoia, client service is more than a title, it’s our focus. As a Client Service Associate, my work is centered around creating and maintaining the flow of communication between our clients and their service team and ensuring that your service requests are handled efficiently and expertly. Whether I am facilitating a transfer, assisting with documents, or helping to maintain the security of your personal and account information, I am here to help you. My goal is to offer excellence in every encounter, and to build trust with every client relationship.
