Team Member Registration
Hotel Accommodations
Overnight accommodations are included for all team members for the night of October 13. Room reservations will be made on your behalf.
If your stay requires additional room nights, please submit a request to noelle.grinley@conferencedirect.com. Please note, you must obtain prior authorization from your manager to extend your stay before submitting a request.
To reserve your room, complete the form. If you don't need a room, simply check the box and complete the required fields.
Hotel Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time is 4 p.m., so your room may not be ready when you arrive. You can pre-check into your room and head to the Synergy Registration Desk at the 5th floor Lakeside Foyer to store your bags until your room is ready.
Note: A personal credit card is required at check-in to set up your incidental room account. A $100 per night room hold will be placed on your card for any incidentals and settled at check-out.
Check-out is at 11 a.m. Be sure to depart your room before breakfast and settle any incidental charges with the front desk. Luggage storage will be provided for the remainder of Synergy. You can check out of your room at the front desk, through the TV in your guest room, or by using the Hilton Honors app if you’re a member. Receipts will be sent to the email address provided at check-in. If you want a hard copy of your receipt, please stop by the front desk.
Note: Sequoia will cover the cost of your room and parking. All incidental charges will be billed to your personal credit card at check-out.
Travel Info
Synergy will start with registration followed by our opening session at 4 p.m. on Monday, October 13. Seating will be assigned. Please allow yourself plenty of time to get registered, check in with the hotel, store your luggage if needed, and make it to your seat. Synergy will conclude at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, October 14. All team members are required to remain for the duration of the program. Please plan accordingly.
Driving to the Event
If you live in Ohio or Michigan, please plan to drive/carpool to Synergy 2025. Please plan to add the travel to your October Concur Expense Report for mileage reimbursement.
Flying to the Event
For Synergy 2025, we’re using a new travel platform, AllFly Quest, for booking air transportation to Cleveland. You won’t need to expense the cost of your ticket through Concur; charges will be covered through the portal within the travel guidelines.
Simply click the image below to access our customized book page and set up your quick profile. You’ll also find detailed instructions for navigating the site and a contact number for questions. When selecting your flight, keep in mind the drive time between the Cleveland International Airport and the Hilton is approximately 20-25 minutes with light traffic.
Shuttle Transportation
Shuttle transportation will be provided during peak arrival/departure times between the hotel and Cleveland International Airport on October 13 and 14. Shuttle schedules will be published closer to the event. If you’ll arrive outside the shuttle schedule on October 13, please be sure to get to the hotel early enough to complete Synergy registration, check in with the hotel, and get to your seat for the opening session at 4 p.m. Drive time between the Cleveland International Airport and the Hilton is approximately 20-25 minutes with light traffic.
Parking at the Venue
Self-parking is available at the hotel and will be covered on your behalf in the Huntington Garage, located across from the hotel's front entrance and connected by an underground tunnel. Please follow the parking instructions below:
- Upon entering the garage, collect the parking ticket provided.
- Be sure to park in the designated “Hilton” parking areas in the garage.
- Exit the garage at the West 3rd or Lakeside Ave gate. Take the tunnel located on the 2nd floor to the entrance of the hotel. Hotel guests may access the tunnel using their room key during closed hours (11 p.m.-6 a.m.), or verifiable guests can be “buzzed” in via the video-com.
- At check-in, present the parking ticket to the front desk to activate your parking privileges and to ensure charges are routed to the group account. Your room key (or digital key for Honors Guests ONLY) provides access to in and out privileges.
- Upon check out, keep your room key as you will need it to exit the parking garage. You can deposit your room key in the box provided.
Note: For guests with mobility issues, you may use the hotel valet parking service at the hotel entrance on Lakeside Avenue. All charges will be included on your behalf and routed to the group account.
Individual Event Details
Important information surrounding your individual details (table and team numbers, breakout session groups, etc.) will be emailed directly to you in the week preceding the event. They will also be available in printed form at the registration desk on the 5th floor Lakeside Foyer the day of the event.
