and small businesses. Mark has experience in financial & retirement planning, institutional
investment advising, investment & philanthropic consulting, insurance strategies, and estate &
succession planning.
Qualifications -
Mark graduated from the University of Akron with a BS in Business Administration
with a focus on Personal Finance. Mark is a Certifed Financial Planner™ practitioner
(CFP®) and is registered as a Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent and Series 7 General
Securities Representative with ValMark Securities, Inc., a FINRA-registered broker/dealer.
He also is licensed through the State of Ohio Department of Insurance for life and health insurances.

Mark lives in Hudson with his wife, Danielle, and their two daughters, Isabella and Gabrielle. He enjoys spending
time with his family and has a passion for participating in many sporting activities. Mark
serves on the Board of Deacons at Hudson Community Chapel.
