The best part of the work day is interacting with clients, advisors and providers to create a positive experience for everyone doing business with us. As an operations associate in our Cleveland office, I am there to ensure that everyone receives our personal attention. I spend much of my day working on activities that help you, whether scheduling an appointment or processing new paperwork. By solving problems and streamlining processes, my goal is to help everyone succeed.
