Managing Director, Operations
Technically, I manage the firm’s Service Excellence Group. But what I really manage on a daily basis are the firm’s overall processes and practices that help drive our client service. That’s my passion. If I can go beyond fixing a problem for a client and use that resolution to develop better processes and procedures across the firm, then I feel I’ve made a difference in the experience we provide our clients.
From an operational perspective, I co-manage a variety of functions for the firm—from being integrally involved in financial activities to overseeing recruiting efforts. I also am actively involved with our firm’s technology and marketing initiatives.

- Maintains the Series 7 FINRA registration with ValMark Securities, Inc. a FINRA-Registered Broker/Dealer

- Founder, Operations Forum, a group of 15 financial services firms from around the country that meets regularly to share best practices on providing excellent client service
